Libyan Scholarship Students in the U.S. will Lose Financial Support Soon

About 2,000 Libyan scholarship students who study in the U.S. will lose financial support by May 31, 2011. Unfortunately, most universities do not show support and require students to evacuate the university housing and depart the U.S.- if students can not self-sponsor themselves. Libya has around $34 billion frozen assets in the U.S.Students asked for unfreezing a little amount of this money in order, at least, to cover their monthly allowances. There are many attempts to do so, but it's very unlikely as it's considered illegal as they say. Hopefully, the suffer of Libyans inside and outside Libya comes to an end soon.
